By creating an account or using Yout you agree to these terms.

Who can use Yout

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and two-factor codes safe.

Your content

You own what you post. You give Yout permission to store it and show it to the audience you choose, so that the service can work. Only post things you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Don't break the law, harass people, spam, spread malware, scrape the service, or try to get around security or age protections.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. You can report a problem or an account at any time from Help and support.

Ending your account

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break the rules.

The service

Yout is provided 'as is'. We work to keep it available and safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
